The apartment is located on the second floor (elevator available) and comprises an entrance hall incl. wardrobe, 2 large rooms, 1 slightly smaller room with dining area, a separate toilet, large bathroom and kitchen.
It is fully furnished incl. washing machine, kitchen incl. dishwasher, TV, internet and WIFI as well as equipped with towels, dishes and bed linen.
The apartment is located in a traditional Viennese old city palace with wooden floors and high ceilings.
The minimum booking period is 3 months. Shorter stays are possible by arrangement and subject to an additional fee.

The apartment price includes all usage-independent costs (internet, fees, TV). Electricity and heating is charged according to consumption.
When signing the rental contract, a deposit of 2,000 € is payable in addition to the monthly price. The deposit less charges will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
The monthly price shown applies to bookings of 3 months or more. For a 1-month booking, the monthly price increases by 80%; for a 2-month booking, by 40%.
