The apartment is located in a traditional Viennese old city palace with wooden floors and high ceilings.
The minimum booking time is 3 months. Shorter booking periods possible based on availability and additional fee.

The apartment price includes all usage-independent costs (internet, fees, TV). Electricity and heating is charged according to consumption.
When signing the rental contract, a deposit of 2,000 € is payable in addition to the monthly price. The deposit less charges will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
